Easter Cupcakes using Cricut Cake

Instructions
- Cut bunny. Using Holiday Cakes cartridge and dark pink gum paste, cut one 2" <Easter5>. Using pink gum paste, press Shift and cut one 2" <Eastr5-s>.
- Layer bunny together using royal icing.
- Place bunny on top of cupcake as shown.

- Cricut Cake™ Personal Electronic Cutter with Cake Basics cartridge [2000238]
- Cricut Cake™ Holiday Cakes cartridge [2000225]
Other Supplies
- Gum paste: pink, dark pink

Crumbs: The $66 Million Cupcake Empire
The cupcakes produced by Crumbs are rich. Now they are about to make their founders rich, too.
In January, Crumbs, the chain founded in 2003 as a single store on New York's Upper West Side, agreed to be acquired by a public special-purpose company, 57th St. General Acquisition Corp. The price: about $66 million, including $27 million in cash and $39 million in stock. Once the transaction closes later this month, the shares of Crumbs Bake Shop will trade on the NASDAQ.
