Instructions

1. Cartridge Cuts Cupcake Wrappers cartridge
   
   • one 2 ½" birthday cupcake wrapper and layers
   • two 3" party hats and layers
   • one 2" happy flag and layers
2. Assemble cupcake wrapper. Embellish with glitter glue and jewels. Let dry.
3. Assemble party hats. Embellish with glitter glue. Let dry. Hot glue to sucker stick. Tie tulle around stick.
4. Assemble happy flag. Embellish with glitter glue and jewels. Let dry. Fold in half. Hot glue to sucker stick. Tie tulle around stick.
5. Place cupcake wrapper around cupcake. Stick party hat and flag into cupcake.

2. Cricut^® Cupcake Wrappers cartridge

Other Supplies

1. Cardstock: pink, baby blue
2. Patterned paper: multicolored, birthday patterned
3. Pink tulle
4. Hot glue gun
5. Sucker sticks
6. Jewels
7. Silver glitter glue
8. Adhesive
