Prince Naveen Frog Face Cupcakes By Cindy Littlefield for DisneyFamily.com

Looks sure can be deceiving -- just ask a certain monarch who hails from the land of Maldonia. Like Naveen, this little frog may not be suited in shining armor. Still, perched atop a cupcake throne and sporting a candy crown, he truly is a sweet prince.
You'll need:
  • Batch of baked cupcakes
  • Wooden spoon
  • Green food coloring
  • Buttercream frosting
  • Butter knife
  • Green jelly fruit slices
  • Large green gumdrops
  • Kitchen scissors
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Chocolate chips
  • Small kitchen knife
  • Yellow Starburst candies
  • Toothpicks
Instructions: 1. Stir drops of food coloring into the frosting until you have the desired shade of green.
2. Spread a dollop of frosting on the center of each cupcake.
3. To create each frog, press a jelly fruit slice down into the frosting. For eyes, slice a gumdrop in half. Then snip a mini marshmallow in two and press the halves against the cut surfaces of the gumdrop. Press a chocolate chip into the center of each marshmallow half. Place the eyes on the cupcake just behind the jelly fruit slice.
4. For the frog's crown, cut two small V-shaped notches in the top of a yellow Starburst candy (a parent's job). Use your fingers to curl the outer points outward a bit. Insert the tip of a toothpick into the bottom of the candy crown and then push the opposite end down into the cupcake behind the frog's eyes.
